Enhancing the university’s intellectual property system to uphold ethical values and support the commercialization and expansion of knowledge-based companies.

Aligning and collaborating with relevant institutions to increase the impact of research, attract investors and philanthropists, and commercialize innovative work while protecting intellectual property rights.
